Upgrade your base CP stats by saving citizens in areas of the city that have gift symbols over them. Collecting CP allows you to have more enemy units out on the battlefield; each unit costing a different amount of CP. Use your skills when you are in dire need of help, like calling down sniper strikes and summoning barricades.
